I highly recommend Attorney Daniel Seigel. He is an extremely effective litigator: No-nonsense, direct, and forthright, and great at discerning and keeping focus on what’s important to your case while shutting out the noise. He has an excellent legal mind, knows exactly what to do, and gets it done with great effect.

It’s so easy to get lost in the weeds of litigation—so many rabbit holes to go down—and so many billable hours.  It was a pleasure to have an attorney who never took his eye off the ball, who was not only effective but efficient, saving us precious time, money, and heartache, and getting us the best possible outcome.

We were involved in a nasty lawsuit involving family members and my father’s estate. By the time we hired Dan—after 3 1/2 years of litigation using other lawyers—it was an unholy mess, but Dan came in, assimilated all of the details in no time, and got our ship righted—something that I wasn’t even sure would be possible. Mine was a difficult trust dispute case with many unknowns to uncover. Dan was relentless in his pursuit of the facts and building my case. Each step was well planned from skillful depositions, strategy during mediation, to brilliantly arguing my case before the judge at trial. As we were packing up after the trial, the judge said I would like to tell you what a magnificent job your attorney did, & how professional Dan was in every way”.....but I knew that! Before closing arguments could happen the following week, the opposing counsel called with a settlement offer. Dan's accomplishments in the courtroom told the other side they better settle. After the recent death of my mother I was in need of counsel to wind down a complicated and ambiguous testamentary trust established for her benefit by her late husband. Dan did a superb job representing me as trustee and as a beneficiary, having to navigate a contentious relationship between me and my step siblings.
